Epoxy Crack Injection
Cracks can cause Concrete structures to lose their structural integrity and will expose the reinforcing steel to corrosion. Properly injected epoxy into concrete cracks is stronger than concrete itself. With proper procedures and resins, the structural integrity and protection of the reinforcing steel will be restored.
Injection of either a cementitious grout or an epoxy resin can be performed under column plates, machinery base plates, isolator bearing plates, or under any type of structural element to support it after the leveling process. These grouts can achieve strengths of 18,000 psi.
